Your records

To have all your original record is your duty.You will need them all around.Make sure that all the original documents you have are in a safe place.You can use a copies if accepted.But for sure you have to make some copies of all your records:

-doctor and dentist records

-school record

-vaccine and veterinary record

-legal records

It may happen to loose the copy ,but when you have the original record you will hadle with the situation.Have in mind that kids are often too absent-minded ,because of that don't use to give them any original copy.If the school board need some original you ca go yourself.
