Bermondsey is located on the River Thames, on the south bank, to be exact in the London Borough of Southwark. But now, the warehouses and wharves that lined the banks of the river east of the Tower Bridge have been converted into residential and commercial spaces under the direction of the London Docklands Development Corporation.
